Description
What happens when your documentary isn’t what you think it is?

Thomas Meadmore, an Australian film editor, has a great idea: make a film documenting his boss and his girlfriend as each pursues dreams of becoming a professional musician. But, as he immerses himself in his project, Thomas starts doubting both his boss' talent and his girlfriend's motivation. And, Thomas proceeds to reveal this to them in blunt honesty. A little too blunt, actually. As Thomas’ vision for his film falls out of sight, he struggles to find a new story in his footage while continuing to further jeopardize his already crumbling relationships. A remarkably candid film, this whirlwind of a journey captures the uncomfortable vulnerability and intense introspection demanded of us when we embark on the creative process. - Sandy Wolf
